The Villa
Originally built in the early 17th century, Villa Fonteintanata stands as a testament to Tuscany's rich agricultural heritage. This classic Tuscan stone farmhouse, once part of the estate of the Marquis of Casaglia, has been dedicated to farming and grain production since the late 19th century. The two-story farmhouse preserves its authentic charm: the ground floor, historically used as stables, cellars, and grain storage, and the upper floor, once home to the farmers who tended the fields and cared for the livestock. Today, Villa Fonteintanata remains a magical place where centuries-old traditions, love for the land, and dedication to Tuscan culture are deeply embedded in our way of life.

“This 400 Year Old House Perfectly Blends History and Modernity”
Located in a historic Italian colonial house, the villa now spans over 700 sqm across both floors, offering luxurious space for groups of up to 14 guests. Featuring a large, open living room with a pool table and seven unique bedrooms—some with double beds and others with twin beds—and five bathrooms. 2 fully equipped kitchen, a modern large Kitchen upstairs (Equipped for professional live cooking shows) and a small traditional Tuscan Kitchen downstairs that opens directly to the patio with a complete BBQ area and lounge space beside a private swimming pool. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, ensuring privacy and an unforgettable stay.
*For smaller groups of up to 6 guests, it is also possible to rent only the ground floor. This option is available during low season (until May), as well as for select dates during the high season.
