Direct Bookings Terms & Conditions

Payment
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
In case of missed or incomplete payment, the deposit will not be refunded.

Tourist Tax
A city tax of €1.50 per person per night is due upon check-in (children under local exemption rules excluded, if applicable).

Cancellation Policy
• More than 30 days before check-in: a full refund will be issued.
Please note: bank commissions or transaction fees are non-refundable. Any non-recoverable expenses already incurred (such as materials, rentals, or event-related construction work) will be deducted from the refund.
• Within 30 days of check-in: the reservation is non-refundable.

Damage Deposit
A refundable €500 security deposit is required in cash upon check-in.
It will be returned at check-out after verifying that no damage has occurred.

Check-in / Check-out
• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, public health emergencies, etc.), both parties agree to make every reasonable effort to reschedule the stay.
