By confirming a booking through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Payment

A booking is considered confirmed once payment (or deposit, if applicable) has been successfully received. The total price includes accommodation only, unless otherwise specified.

Tourist Tax
A city tax of €1.50 per person per night is due upon check-in (children under local exemption rules excluded, if applicable).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms are specified at the time of booking and may vary depending on the rate or season selected. Any applicable refunds will be processed according to the agreed cancellation policy.

Damage Deposit
A refundable €500 security deposit is required upon check-in.
It will be returned at check-out after verifying that no damage has occurred.

Check-in / Check-out
• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Use of the Property

The property may only be used by the number of guests stated in the booking. Events, parties, or external guests are not permitted unless agreed in advance in writing.

Guests are responsible for treating the villa, furnishings, and equipment with care. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged.

House Rules

Guests agree to respect the house rules provided before and during their stay, including noise regulations and care of shared spaces.

Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, public health emergencies, etc.), both parties agree to make every reasonable effort to reschedule the stay.

Privacy Policy

Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for reservation management and legal obligations, in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Data will not be shared with third parties beyond what is strictly necessary.
